You may use the site for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You must not use the site to distribute malware, harvest data without consent, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the site at our discretion.
Certain areas of the site require authentication (e.g., admin dashboard, client portals). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We use Google Sign-In for authenticated access. By signing in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
All content on partnerships.community — including text, design, code, graphics, and branding — is owned by Simon Williams unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Client-specific content within authenticated portals remains the intellectual property of the respective client.
Founding Partner and sponsorship arrangements are governed by separate agreements. Participation in any paid programme constitutes acceptance of the relevant programme terms, including pricing, duration, and deliverables as set out in the programme documentation. All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
partnerships.community is an inclusive space. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or religion. Participants in community spaces (including Slack channels) must maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines.
The site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Third-party services we integrate with include Google Analytics, Vercel, Stripe, and Bunny Fonts — each governed by their own terms.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

partnerships.community is an LGBTQ+-founded business. We reserve the right to decline engagements from organisations whose practices are materially inconsistent with LGBTQ+ inclusion and safety. This is a values position, not a legal claim.
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
